Technically adept, Shrikant worked in R&D before transitioning to business, leveraging his expertise to drive innovation. Over the past 25 years, he has achieved numerous milestones. Today, he collaborates with many multinational companies across various sectors, including the automobile, pharmaceutical, and IT industries, as well as on government projects like streetlighting, floodlighting, and stadium lighting.
